F1 Race Factory, the largest indoor kart racing facility in the country, is now Octane Raceway. It’s still the same 113,000 square foot destination that gives thrill-seeking drivers a true taste of performance racing with two quarter-mile indoor tracks and state-of-the-art karts that reach speeds of up to 45 mph, but with a new name and company image to better reflect the exhilarating experience offered. In conjunction with this brand update, Octane Raceway will commemorate eight years as a favorite Valley entertainment spot with an anniversary weekend celebration October 14 – 16, 2011.

Throughout the anniversary weekend, Octane Raceway will be offering $8.88 specials on adult and junior annual memberships and $8.88 adult and junior member races (regular prices are $19.95 for a membership and $14.95 for an adult member race). In addition, a new Segway Performance Course and the updated Victory Lounge sports bar and billiards area will be introduced. “We’re making a lot of changes here at Octane Raceway to improve on the already incredible customer experience,” said Scott Sanders, president of Octane Raceway. “After eight years serving our community as F1 Race Factory, we’re excited about this new chapter; we’ve always offered a truly one-of-a-kind adrenaline rush in our racing but we’re also a great night-out destination and corporate event facility – there is just nothing else like us here in the Valley.”

Octane Raceway’s eight year anniversary celebration will take place Friday, October 14 through Sunday, October 16, 2011. Hours will be 11 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Participants in the 88 lap Team Enduro race must pre-register online and pay the $88.88 team entry fee to be eligible. Trophies, race credits, and bragging rights will be awarded to the winner. Octane Raceway (formerly F1 Race Factory) has been Arizona’s indoor kart racing and event destination since 2003. As the largest indoor kart facility in America, Octane Raceway features eco-friendly karts that reach up to 45 MPH on two quarter mile tracks. In addition to the tracks, Octane Raceway’s 113,000 square-foot facility also houses expansive corporate and group meeting spaces, a billiards room, lounge, arcade, rock wall and Trackside Bar and Grill.
