Xtreme Indoor League Week Three

The 2011 Xtreme League, shows close-fought action in all 3 classes, heats up in South Florida’s top Indoor Facility!
Three weeks into the Xtreme League 2011 All Ages League took place February 8th, 2011. Everyone hit the track for their chase in the series championship. After a night of heated competition on a new track layout that included a 3-lap qualifying and a 35-lap main event, we had Jared win 1st in the Beginners/Intermediate 6.5hp class, Dario in 1st in the Pro Light Weight and Juli in 1st in the Pro Heavy Class.
Qualifying was Xtreme between all of the drivers. In the 6.5hp class Jared W had the fast lap of 25.47 followed by Dave R with a 25.85. Nico started third with a qualifying time of 26.02. In the Pro Light Class, Jason had the fast lap of 24.40. Stephen started in second with a qualifying time of 24.54 tied with Felipe. The Pro Heavy class had Eddie leading with race with a qualifying time of 24.69. Dario followed in second with 24.68 and Stephen had a fast lap of 24.71 placing him to start third.
The first race had a great group of drivers out their competing to the finish. Jared W held his position in 1st place the entire race to finish 1st in the 6.5hp class. Dave R held his position fighting off Andrew and Nico for 2nd place. Andrew finished in 3rd passing Nico. Nico and Roger finished 4th and 5th. Andrew held the fastest lap of 25.36 in the 6.5hp class!
Pro Light Class Dario passed 6 drivers to finish 1st in the race. Jason lost one position to Dario and finished 2nd. Felipe held his position the entire race to finish 3rd. Jean and Michael finished in 4th and 5th place. Felipe had the fast lap of 23.95 in the Pro Light weight class!
Pro Heavy Class Juli passed 5 drivers to finish in 1st place. Eddie lost one position to Juli and finished 2nd in the race. Stephen held his position the entire race to finish in 3rd place, followed by Michael Appuzzo in 4th and Jared in 5th place. Juli held the fast lap of 23.94 of the Pro Heavy Weight Class!
The next Winter/Spring League at Xtreme Indoor Karting takes place on Tuesday, February 22nd, 2011.
