Want something other than cookies, candies or banana bread to sell for your next fundraiser? Podium Raceway’s 1-Race Fundraising Cards offer a fast, fun and easy alternative. Besides the fact that high performance electric kart racing is and among one of the most exciting attractions on Oahu and practically anyone can do it, the 1-Race Fundraiser Cards are priced at our lowest promotional price, making it a true bargain for any and all.

In addition to the amazing funds your organization can raise quickly, Podium Raceway Hawaii will donate $.50 of every card you sell to support local charities including the IHS, Food Bank, Arthritis Foundation, Lanakila Meals on Wheels, Alzheimer’s and the Diabetes Associations (through GreenFleet Hawaii’s Tread for Bread, ReCYCLE Energy and the CarPool Challenge programs), and will help support Lex Brodie’s “Thank You Very Much Awards” and the “Earn and Learn Recycling Program.”

Rules and FAQ: Fundraising General Information

Who May Apply?

Any legitimate non-profit club or organization may apply. This includes: school groups or clubs, athletic organizations, church groups, etc.

How Much Money Can We Make?

Your organization will earn $4.00 for each 1-Race Fundraiser Card sold. The selling price for each card is $12.50. Podium Raceway Hawaii will be paid $8.50 for each of those cards sold. Even with such a high discount for the value for the races; the fundraiser raises
$400 for every 100 cards sold! The Fundraising cards have proved to be a hot item and have sold fast for previous groups! Also, for every card you sell $.50 will be donated by Podium Raceway to local charities through Green Fleet Hawaii and the Lex Brodie’s Tire Company Foundation.

How Do We Apply?

A completed application form can be returned to Podium Raceway Hawaii by fax, email or in person. After the application is approved, one of the two individuals on the application must come to Podium Raceway Hawaii to sign a “Fundraiser Agreement”. At this time, a valid driver’s license or I.D. must be presented.

Who is Responsible for Payment?

Payment in full is due at the time of pickup of the 1-Race Fundraiser Cards.

How Long Can we Run the Sale?

The normal sale period is 60 days. The end of the sale or card expiration date is printed on each card issued.

Do the Cards Expire?

The cards do have an expiration date. The expiration date will be printed on the card.

Is there a Minimum Card Order?

A minimum of 100 1-Race Fundraiser Cards must be purchased at a time. Your organization’s minimum cost for the1-Race Fundraiser Cards is $850.00 ($8.50 x 100 cards) and these cards are not returnable.

What if We Need More Cards?

You may order additional 1-Race Fundraiser Cards during your sale period. There is a minimum order of 100 additional cards. The cards will have the same expiration date as the initial order. Please allow 5 days for processing. You will be notified when your cards are ready.

When can we start The Sale?

Cards will be ready for pick up by the agreement signer approximately 5 working days after the “Fundraiser Agreement” is signed. You will be notified when your cards are ready.

What Happens if We Don’t Sell All The Cards?

If your organization ordered more than 200 cards, then any of the unsold cards in excess of the minimum 200 cards may be returned. Unsold cards must be returned to Podium Raceway Hawaii within 7 working days after the sale period. Should you return more than 10% of your total order, your organization will be charged a printing fee of $.25 for each card returned.

What Happens If Cards are Lost or Stolen?

Cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. We encourage you to be extremely careful in handling the cards.

What Happens If a Card Passes the Expiration Date?

There are no refunds or substitutions. The Card holder is granted a five-day grace period after the expiration date to redeem the card.
