F1 Race Factory’s New Boot Camp Combines Fitness and Racing
Introducing Fitness. Accelerated.

PHOENIX, Ariz. – F1 Race Factory introduces a fast way to reach your fitness goals – Fitness. Accelerated. Starting May 7th at 9:30 a.m., the six week boot camp will combine interval training with heart-pounding racing to accelerate participants’ fitness goals.

The fast-paced, 75-minute program will combine strength, agility and speed to help participates burn over 500 calories per session. Certified personal trainer, Mark Francis of Francis Functional Performance will lead the group in a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises, along with two 15-minute kart races.

According to Scott Sanders, president of F1 Race Factory, the Fitness. Accelerated. boot camp will appeal to fitness and racing fanatics alike by offering a challenging alternative to traditional fitness plans.

“Research shows that changing up your fitness routine stimulates weight loss and strength training,” said Sanders. “F1 Race Factory’s Fitness. Accelerated. class provides a workout that’s like no other. Whether you’re an avid racer or fitness buff, this class will get your blood pumping and on the fast track to reaching your fitness goals.”

Classes will be held Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., and are offered for $25.00 per session. Participants who pay for all six sessions in advance will receive a free “Fitness. Accelerated.” tee-shirt.

F1 Race Factory has been Arizona’s indoor kart racing and event destination since 2003. As the largest indoor kart facility in America, F1 Race Factory features karts that reach up to 45 MPH on two quarter mile tracks.

In addition to the tracks, F1 Race Factory’s 113,000 square-foot facility also houses expansive corporate and group meeting spaces, billiards, lounge areas, arcade, rock wall, and Trackside Grill.
