Indoor Karter Skolnick Selected For Caged Heat
Facility NewsFrequent Indoor Kart Driver Zack Skolnick has been selected to be one of the 30 drivers on the starting grid for the first Caged Heat Racing Series event. As many of you remember, in October Skolnick was chosen to be in the top 50 of 300+ applicants to move on to the next step. He was to do then do a radio interview with the series. Once he had completed the interview process Skolnick had to sit back and cross his fingers.

“Being selected out of three hundred plus applicants is very humbling. Out of the thirty drivers I make up only two drivers who come from a road course background.” stated Skolnick when he saw his name on the list. Skolnick has spent his whole life waiting for an opportunity like this. “I would like to thank Thomas Walls and Randy Burris for this once in a lifetime opportunity.” The history of racing is about to change. Mark your calendar for Skolnick’s first event on April 2nd and 3rd in Charlottesville, VA at the John Paul Jones Arena.
