KART EXPO™ INTERNATIONAL Review

The 18th Annual Kart Expo International was held this past weekend February 27-28th. The event was held at the DuPage Expo Center in St.Charles, IL.

Traffic was brisk especially on Saturday and the show appeared to have as much traffic as last year, the only downturn of the Expo was that the vendor count was not as high as last year, this we feel was due to the economy.

For followers of the indoor market, some of the vendors that we all know were in attendance. Chris Webb with Club Speed Timing / Scoring / Event Management software was there with help from Chris Browning. The K1 Race Gear division of K1 Speed was there, The National Kart News (NKN) who publishes the monthly subscription magazine with the print version of The Indoor Kart Report was broadcasting with their Radio Division. DeCuzzi Tire and Finish Line Race Gear shared
a booth, also in attendance were local indoor tracks Melrose Park Indoor and Chicago Indoor which has two local facilities.
